Support Worker Pay rate: £12.25 per hour Location: Mansfield We are looking for 3x full-time 37.5 Hours per week Vacancy.
Please note that you will need a minimum of 2 years experience in mental health and challenging behaviour.

United Response are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join one of our busy supported living services based in Mansfield.
You will have the opportunity to support adults with a variety of physical and mental health conditions as well as learning difficulties but all of whom enjoy being as active as possible.
We are looking for local staff in the area, due to the location of the service.
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for: Helping with daily chores such as cleaning and cooking Administering medication Accompanying individuals to appointments Taking individuals out for leisure activities Personal care Promoting independence where possible Some outreach work
Along with being passionate about supporting people with disabilities and share our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest and strong.
You should be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs.
In return for your hard work you will receive first class training and: £12.25 per hour 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part time), which increases after 3 and 5 years' service Pension contribution Access to free occupational health, physiotherapy, counselling and advice services Fully paid training and access to nationally recognised qualifications Travel to work scheme (season ticket loan) Access to an online shopping platform with discounts from over 3,500 retailers Please note as a Support Worker you will be required to work days/evenings/weekends/Bank Holidays therefore a flexible approach is needed.
The shift patterns are 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm.
You will also need a Full UK Driver's Licence.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
