Support Worker Red Lodge, Bury St Edmands £11.75 per hour Are you an enthusiastic Support Worker with a valid driving licence?

We have a service in Red Lodge to support 1 gentleman who has autism and epilepsy along with learning difficulties.
The support will be on a 1:1 basis and lone working other than in the community which will be 2:1.
This role requires personal care, which is by no means the majority of the day, the shifts working within the service will be split shifts and/or long days and will include waking Nights.
The young gentleman enjoys being out and about in the community going to cafes, having picnics in the sun.
To be a successful Support Worker you must firstly be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and share our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest and strong.
You should be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs.
Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided; however, driving is essential.
