Community Care Assistant at Specialist Care Team - Full time + Part time - You must be a driver!!!!!
Weekend rates are paid at £12.50 per hour.
Evening shifts between 7pm - 11pm are paid at £15 per hour.
Any hours that fall Monday-Friday 7am-7pm are paid at our normal rate of £11.50 per hour.

As a member of our community team, you'll make a difference for the people you support by enabling them to live happy lives, while promoting their independence.
You will assist people with daily living, from personal care to meeting with friends and family, accessing the local community, budgeting, medications and daily household tasks.
Everyone working in social care needs a good standard of English, as well as numeracy and digital skills.
You will need to enjoy working in a team and you need to be good at problem solving.

Our rates start at £11.50 per hour for our community drivers, and they increase if you take on extra responsibilities.
Our rates have recently been updated so we now pay more for evenings after 7pm at £15 per hour and weekends at £12.50 per hour.
Flexible working - Whether you have regular driving lessons, play badminton on a Thursday night or need to look after a family member, we understand you may have commitments elsewhere and will always aim to have a flexible approach to your availability.
For our full time colleagues we also offer a protected regular day off in the week to allow you to plan things.
Guaranteed contract hours - We don't believe in offering 'zero hour' contracts as standard - all of our team members have a guaranteed number of hours each week, which can range anywhere from 8-40 hours depending on whether you want to work part- or full-time.
All our shifts are full and have no rota gaps that you see in other care companies.
Going the extra mile - Travel between clients using your own vehicle is paid at 40p per mile.
You must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle to use for work!
