Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that cater to the varied learning styles of Year 4 students.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a creative curriculum.
Build strong relationships with students parents and the wider school community.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
