In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and underwriting bridging loan applications, ensuring a thorough evaluation of risk and adherence to company policies.

Underwriter Key Responsibilities: Assess and underwrite bridging loan applications, including property valuation and borrower profiles.
Conduct thorough due diligence and risk analysis on potential lending opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline the underwriting process.
Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters and assist in their development.

Underwriter Qualifications: Proven experience as a bridging underwriter or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
