Under Gardener

Under Gardener required for the Castle of Mey on the stunning North Coast of Scotland.
  An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Gardener in the far North of Scotland where the gardens are open to the public for five months from May to September.
  The Under Gardener reports to the Head Gardener who is responsible for overseeing the gardens and policies.
  It is important to have a knowledge of propagation, pruning, greenhouse work and the cultivation and care of all flowers, roses, shrubs, fruit and vegetables.    Helpful to have relevant certificates and be familiar with small machinery.
  Be able to work on their own initiative when required.
