The Role: You will be contracted as a Sales Manager - you'll play a crucial role in both Commercial and Managerial aspects for your activities.
From a Commercial perspective, your main remit is to sell Infinity solutions to new customers.
A direct customer is a Distributor or Reseller that sells Servers, Workstations, VMS, CCTV, Access Control, Body Cameras etc.
Your aim should be to establish commercial relationships with these distributors and resellers so that they can sell Infinity into the market.
Secondly you would target System Integrators as these are the companies that install and maintain security systems; you need to convert them to use Infinity instead of other brands they might use and direct them to spend from the distributors and resellers that you establish relationships with.
Your primary target is to sell, sell, sell.
This means you must identify and reach out to potential customers, develop effective 'closing' sales strategies and to cultivate and maintain strong long-lasting relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Technology is a very competitive market so you will be required to constantly hunt for new opportunities, new customers, build and grow your pipeline and close deals.
Once customers are converted, you will need to effectively manage these accounts to ensure their spend is maintained and grows.
From a Managerial perspective, you will be the master of your own destiny.
An agreed, coordinated plan will be drawn up between you and senior management and you will then be empowered to deliver that plan; there is no micro-management here; Infinity believes in hiring quality, driven people and giving them the freedom to deliver!
The successful candidate will be someone who has an existing network of contacts and customers who can sell and grow customer bases quickly, because sales is dependent on results, so having an existing customer base is crucial.
The successful candidate will also be someone capable to map out their own destiny, being afforded the freedom to manage their diaries, activities and strategies to achieve the commercial results.
There is no cap to your earning potential, the more customers spend = the more you will earn!
