Responsibilities: Sales Pipeline Development : Build and grow the sales pipeline and establish key partnerships with your colleagues, customers, and investors.
Customer Dialogue : Maintain close customer dialogue to ensure understanding of the customer's project and business case.
Tendering and Negotiations : Coordinate tenders and negotiations, ensuring closing on contracts within targets for revenue and profitability.
Project Management : Manage the sales process throughout the bidding, negotiating, and closing stages.
Team Leadership : Mobilize, coach, and oversee the extended sales team.
