You will be part of the Bosch legal department for the UK & Ireland - a fun, dynamic team which prides itself on being a Trusted Adviser to the business.
This, in practice, means providing practical solutions to issues at the cutting edge, while maintaining close proximity to our clients and being involved in the business decision-making process.You will be the assistant lawyer advising the Bosch Mobility and Home Comfort divisions.
In the UK, this includes some of the biggest and most recognised car manufacturers and representing Worcester Bosch, one of the best-known UK heating and cooling systems providers.
You will proactively support the business, working alongside a senior lawyer in the team.In 2023 Bosch's global turnover was over 91 billion Euros employing around 429,000 associates worldwide.

The Bosch UK legal department advises each of Bosch's divisions, including: Mobility, Consumer Goods, Energy and Building Technologies, and Industrial as well as working on projects such as advertisement campaigns, global projects and mergers and acquisitions.QualificationsEducation: A fully qualified lawyer in England and Wales with solid academic qualificationsExperience: Professional experience, preferably in a larger, international company or in a law firmKnow-how: expertise and relevant experience in contract, IP and antitrust law or the interest and willingness to familiarise yourself quickly and deeply with these areas and develop them furtherPersonality and working style: you are highly organised with the ability to manage stakeholders, an excellent communicator with an open-minded nature and a team player; you are characterised by a structured, responsible and ethical way of workingEnthusiasm: Interest in the interfaces between technology and law (product law, artificial intelligence in products)Languages: business fluent in written and spoken EnglishAdditional InformationThe role is based in Denham, Uxbridge with hybrid working.
