As the Tutorial Administrator , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of tutorial operations within the College.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Coordinating tutorial schedules and managing communications between students, tutors, and faculty.
Supporting academic staff with administrative needs, including record-keeping and preparation of materials.
Assisting with student enquiries and ensuring efficient resolution of any issues.
Maintaining accurate databases and records, including student assessments and attendance logs.
Preparing documentation for meetings and minute-taking where necessary.
