Job Title: Tutor with SEN Experience Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Buckingham Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create tailored learning plans based on individual student requirements Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support student progress Monitor student performance and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure student success Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Strong understanding of different learning needs and abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs Experience: Prior experience working as a tutor with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and resources Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Patience and empathy when working with students with diverse needs Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in SEN education Experience with assistive technology for SEN students Working Conditions: Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling Work closely with students, parents, and education professionals Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational journey All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
