Job Title: Intervention Tutor

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Intervention Tutor to join our close-knit team at 3 Dimensions School.

The primary purpose of the Intervention Support Worker role at 3 Dimensions is to provide high-quality, targeted support to pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Plan, deliver, monitor, and provide feedback on small group/1:1 interventions in coordination with SEND department and school staff Assist with the testing of pupils Where appropriate, check and contribute to home-school contact books, taking direction from the class teacher Requirements:
GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent Working with us:
Taking a responsive and caring approach, you may be running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences or supervising pupils as they explore further afield.

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum
