Job Title: Tutor Job Duties: Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to students Develop tailored lesson plans based on students' learning needs Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress Monitor and assess student performance to adjust teaching strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress Required Qualifications: A relevant degree in Education or a related field Teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent Valid DBS check Education: Degree in Education or related field Experience: Prior experience in tutoring or teaching roles Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: Weekly pay Flexible hours In person or face to face tutoring All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
