About the Role: As a Tutor , you will provide focused, high-quality instruction tailored to the unique needs of individual students or small groups.
Your role will be pivotal in building students' understanding and confidence across core subjects, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of the Tutor: Deliver bespoke tutoring sessions to address the specific needs of students in subjects such as Mathematics, English, or Science.
Plan and execute engaging and interactive lessons, adapting teaching strategies to suit different learning styles.
Provide constructive feedback, track progress and set attainable academic goals.
Foster a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and motivation.
Collaborate with school staff to align tutoring sessions with broader curriculum objectives.
Maintain thorough records of student achievements and areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For: A significant tutoring experience.
A strong academic background, ideally with specialisation in a core subject area.
Proven ability to engage and inspire learners of varying abilities and ages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff.
An understanding of the importance of inclusivity and diversity in education.

Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
