We are proud to be working in partnership with a Charity/Not-for-Profit recruiting for an experienced and reliable Turnaround Manager Role details Rate: Paying up to £43.00 per hour via an umbrella company Contract length: 3 months (ongoing) Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (09:00am to 17:00pm) The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 in Social Care hold an enhanced DBS in last three years, supporting vulnerable learning disabilities and autistics individuals.
Duties will include: Supporting the Regional Service Manager to ensure all services meet regulatory and organisational standards Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality-of-service delivery and the experiences of people supported by the organisation Implementing quality improvement projects and initiatives based on audit findings, and work collaboratively to develop and embed best practice that ensures safety, high-quality service delivery Aligning quality assurance practices with the organisations goals to support elderly clients with learning disabilities ad complex needs Ensuring health and safety of the properties are satisfactory to the company policies and procedures and organisation repairs Ensuring that services enable individuals to live with greater independence, more choice, and enhanced access to their communities ?
