About You: For you, this means applying everything you know about running a care home to bring improvements to underperforming homes in our portfolio, including those without current Home Managers. You'll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.
We are looking for a: Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5 Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. This is a role for someone who is ready to take real accountability and communicate with consideration and kindness.
