Job description: The Senior Manager role within the Real Estate Transaction Services Team (TST) is pivotal in leading the business engagement plan and enhancing the team's performance.
This role involves close collaboration with the Real Estate Group and TST Leadership to align services with client needs, promoting TST capabilities, and driving efficiencies for team growth.
The Senior Manager will manage a specific team of Paralegals or Apprentices, focusing on development, performance, and fostering strong client relationships.
Required profile: Based in Leeds or Manchester, this position requires frequent travel to other UK offices.
Key duties include strategic development of the TST Real Estate sub-team, ownership of the business engagement plan, proactive new business development, and leading team communication and integration efforts.
Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for the financial performance analysis, team resourcing, and line management, including coaching and development of team members.

Experience in Real Estate legal work is preferred but not essential.
