TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 6MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP in/around LUTON to survey OVER1000PROPERTIES All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software (NOTUSPOCKET SURVEY) Outside IR35 rolePaid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks - VERY GOOD RATES Over 1000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION ONLY Properties located in/around LUTON ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties - CONTACT NUMBERS PROVIDED FOR TENANTS Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
6MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
