Reporting to: Head of Supporter Engagement Location: Woodchurch/Hybrid Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, however we would be willing to consider part-time, condensed hours and hybrid working.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trusts & Foundations Manager to join our team at Canterbury Oast Trust.
Canterbury Oast Trust is a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autism in Kent.
We offer a person-centred approach through accommodation, support and training options including through our tourist attraction, the Rare Breeds Centre.
This newly created role will provide exceptional relationship management to our current portfolio of funders, donors and supporters, while actively seeking to diversify and expand our income by building relationships with trusts, foundations and statutory funders.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping Canterbury Oast Trust meet its strategic objectives by developing a sustainable and ambitious fundraising program to support our core initiatives in adult social care and our tourist attraction.
This role requires you to have strong relationship-management skills and a creative approach to fundraising with high integrity and attention to detail.
Significant experience securing funds from trusts, foundations, grants, corporate and/or donors is essential.
