This will increase as the candidate progresses through the Scale point increments.
The salary also comprises of participation in an Emergency "Out of Hours" rota and supervisory attendances for planned and unplanned overtime with levels of reimbursement commensurate with Neath Port Talbot Policies and appropriate hourly rate multipliersThis is a Permanent position.
In addition to the standard 37 hours per week, the 'out of hours' standby rota currently operates at a pre planned frequency of 1 week on per 5 week basis.
