Rochdale Borough Council is looking to recruit a highly motivated and organised Triage Officer.
The post is temporary for a 6 Months period and is full time (37 hours per week) The post is based in the Short Term Assessment and Reablement Service (STARS), which is part of the Rochdale's award winning Adult Care services.

You will need to be able to multi-task and have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
You will be expected to be part of the on call rota to support the staff in the community in the evenings and at weekend.
You will be motivated and be able to work on your own initiative, whilst demonstrating a professional and enthusiastic attitude to everything you do.
You will be a team player.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills You will have good ICT skills and be able to use a range of packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will have a good attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate and detailed records using both manual and electronic systems.
