Travel Response Centre Officer

Our client in the Durham area is looking to recruit a Travel Response Centre Officer (TRC).
The role involves handling live bookings / enquiries and responding to queries from customers.
Maintaining and uploading relevant information using various computer systems.
Liaising with Strategic Partners and Stakeholders when required.
Providing statistical information through the use of computer systems.
NVQ level 2 or above required.
Experience of Customer Care / dealing with the general public.
Knowledge of IT systems all required for the role.
£11.78 per hour TPBN1_UKTJ
