About the Role: Are you passionate about travel and looking for an exciting career change? Are you currently in sales, love the buzz of sales but not excited by what you sell? We are seeking well-travelled, motivated individuals with a strong background in sales who are eager to transition into the travel industry. As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in curating tailor-made travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities: Engage with clients via phone and email to understand their travel preferences and interests. Design customised travel packages that meet the unique needs and desires of each client. Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics. Handle inquiries, bookings, and reservations through various communication channels. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings using our CRM system. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients. Requirements Previous experience in a sales and customer service role. Passion for travel and a desire to share your enthusiasm with others. Interest in luxury travel destinations, hotels, and experiences. You need to enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, flexible and entrepreneurial environment. Ability to express yourself enthusiastically and eloquently both over the phone and over email, providing an inspiring experience for our clients. Skilled at quickly building rapport and establishing trust with clients. Quick thinking with an excellent sense of initiative and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work calmly and efficiently under time pressure. Extremely close attention to detail and a keen aesthetic eye. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, manage own time, and multi-task. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
