Gecko Travel Recruitment are excited to be working with this wonderful specialist tour operator on an exclusive basis in their search for a Latin America Travel Consultant.
Working as part of a small and close team you will be responsible for designing amazing itineraries to Latin America.
They focus on excellent customer service and outstanding knowledge of the region.
A passion for Latin America and personal travel experience of the region is essential for this role.
The role: Liaise closely with clients to build complex tailor-made itineraries to Latin America suited to the clients requirements and budget You will work with the client from initial enquiry through to when they return home.
Provide outstanding customer service to clients Be knowledgeable about Latin America including the best times to travel, local gastronomy, and amazing places to visit Use social media tools to promote the itineraries and the region Work as part of a small team You will have: A passion for Latin America and personal experience of travelling in the region is essential Confident in using social media platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Have a good level of numeracy Competency of IT systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook Highly organised and can multitask Outstanding customer service skills Additional Information: Competitive salary Annual profit share bonus Monday to Friday Office based in Bucks Educational trips If you would like the opportunity to join company that is as passionate about Latin America as you are this could be the perfect role for you.
