About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Transport Management & Interface Key User to join the team in Waltham on the Wolds. This role focuses on the physical logistics aspects of the business, heavily utilizing SAP systems to manage haulier and transportation transactions. You will be a key point of contact, interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain SAP transactions related to haulage and transportation. Act as a key liaison with our third-party suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and service. Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. Work with the wider Key User team to support and share knowledge. Contribute to process improvements and support the wider operations team. Demonstrate a sound understanding of order-to-cash processes, route maintenance, transport zones, and shipping types within the context of SAP. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience working with SAP systems, specifically within Transportation Management modules. Good understanding of supply chain principles and processes. Experience working with hauliers or within a transportation environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Excel skills. About the Team: You will be joining a team of six Key Users, each specializing in different areas of the supply chain, offering a strong support network and collaborative environment. You will also work closely with the Operations team, fostering excellent communication and knowledge sharing.
