\n Ensuring that the operation complies with all regulatory legislation and best practices.
\n Ensuring consistently reliable driver behaviour concerning safety, legality, efficiency and profitability.
\n Managing day-to-day issues of the remote driver workforce, including welfare and pastoral matters.
\n Attending Customer conference calls and meetings where required.
\n Dynamic evaluation of operational decisions likely to affect group performance and Customer experience.
\n Daily liaison with line managers to identify operational exceptions and implement solutions.
\n Balancing own fleet use and sub-contraction.
\n Minimising fleet empty running.
