Transport Planner

A1 Personnel are looking for a Transport Planner to manage day-to-day transport operations, schedule deliveries, and ensure efficient use of resources, on behalf of our client based in Tilbury.

Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor transport schedules.
Communicate with drivers, clients, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
Manage logistics to optimize time and costs.
Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
Requirements : Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in transport or logistics coordination.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of transport regulations and best practices.
Familiarity with transport management systems.
Experience in fleet management.
Interest in sustainable transport initiatives.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 7am-5pm
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
