Transport Planner

An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transport Planner to join our client in their very busy depot in East London.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing an efficient, responsive and professional service when handling all incoming an outgoing calls with customers, depots and drivers.
Dealing with queries and issues by email and telephone Booking jobs onto a Bespoke system Coordinating deliveries and collections End of day debriefs and handovers To be considered for this role you should have: Ability to work in a fast paced environment Experience within a similar environment, preferably Pallet Track Transport and Logistics experience Good customer service skills Solutions orientated approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills 10 Hour Shift 10.00 to 20,00 Monday to Friday Company Pension Scheme 20 Days holiday plus all Bank Holidays Salary £30,000-£35,000
