We're currently recruiting for a Transport Operator for our site in Holywell, for our contract with Kingspan.
We're looking for someone to support our operation, ensuring the daily transport plan is executed safely, legally and on time.
You'll work Monday to Friday.
Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum.
In addition, we offer 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you'll do on a typical day: Ensure all day loads/routes have been dispatched Preparing the following weeks service / MOT bookings ensuring the service maintenance planner is updated Communicating service schedules for trailers and units to drivers Ensure VOR / Defect management process is carried out and followed ensuring all systems, logs and drivers checks are up to date Daily communication with drivers – ensuring all drivers are sent work schedules and validating all runs.
Manage all third-party contractors whilst on site including subcontractors, agency, and maintenance providers Carry out resource planning for agency drivers End of day checks, making sure all keys are securely stored Entering timesheet data onto the Payroll spreadsheet Communicating any absences, VOR etc to the Planning Team Entering Quality Events on the WTS System Representing the Transport Operation in daily Ops calls Track drivers and ensure that any risk of failures are mitigated, and maintain proactive communication with the customer Debrief drivers, ensuring full use of our Track & Trace IT solution Dispatch trunks and full truck loads on our Transport Management System, ensuring haulier partners are logged into our Track & Trace app.
