This role requires an immediate start and is a temporary to permanent position To be the first point of contact for the Transport Administrators and driving staff.

To oversee,review and conduct HR and incident investigations.
To report any incidents to the Transport Manager.
To conduct 1-2-1's with direct reports.
To positively challenge existing processes.
Ensure drivers are following both EU and WTD hours and pass on any relevant information regarding these.
To ensure they stay up to date with any legislation changes.
Essential Skills Previous experience of working within transport industry Desirable Experience Proven experience in customer relationship management.
Have managed financial budgets and annual Profit and Loss responsibility.
Hold international or national CPC qualification and previous Transport Management experience.
