If you like what you hear, then we'd love you to apply!You will be accountable for:Becoming an internal product expert on the technology, system, data reporting and processes. In conjunction with the local site teams, you will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data, along with the progress against the agreed KPI's Monitoring and managing spend with provider in line with business requirements and ensure compliance with commercial contractual agreements Utilising the data reports from the system to identify areas for improvement will enable you distribute information and actions to relevant stakeholders Working closely with EVRi planning and the provider to ensure new service locations are set up in the system with the correct geo-fence using API Compiling and providing regular reports on progress for Senior Leadership across EVRi as well as specific reports for certain teams across the business When applicable, completing deep dive analysis into driver / vehicle activity during defined time periods in response to concern relating to loss, claims, accidents, etc. Continually liaising with the Fleet team in relation to new Vans coming into service (Core and Hire) to ensure installs of Van Telemetry equipment is completed in a timely manner.
Equally, the need to ensure the removal of the equipment is completed in line with the contractual agreements Monitoring Van VOR and highlighting any vehicles off road for long periods of time Monitoring vehicle utilisation and highlighting any with low usage to senior management Ensuring that all new users complete system trainingEnsure adherence to Driver Performance Management systems, policies and processes Identifying and highlighting any High Risk Drivers to senior management Developing the necessary business policies and procedures relating to Van Telematics being utilised across the business Continuous development of the operation, identifying opportunities to improve the business and the way we operate through the tools and data available  To be successful in this role you will require the following…GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent in Maths & English  Experience of proactive data analysis Proven ability to interpret a variety of data sources to make fact based decisions. Experience managing stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving improvement Excellent communicator and able to collaborate with others IT literate; able to effectively use Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Experience within a transport or logistics operation would be advantageousExperience of utilising vehicle telemetry (ideally GeoTab) would be advantageousTransport Manager CPC holder would be advantageousWhy Work Here?We're constantly looking at ways to become a more inclusive and diverse employer, and our benefits package is important to us.
