What you'll doOversee the creation of Non Food transfer schedules to all RDCsEnsure timely and accurate communications to relevant admin teams Proactively plan the daily outbound transfers liaising with key stakeholders in Material Flow System, Operations and hauliersMaintain databases of stock movements nationwideResponsibility for dealing with transfer claims and queries Creating tasks for pallet adjustments to ensure correct product quantities are dispatchedRun daily, weekly, and monthly reports working with the management team towards achieving department's KPIsEngage in the training of new colleaguesKeep everything clean and safeWhat you'll needExperience in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment Familiarity with Warehouse systems (EWM/SAP) is highly desirablePrevious exposure to a Transport function would be beneficialStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and take initiative to identify and solve problemsSelf-motivation, a can-do attitude and a sense of pride in a job well doneFlexibility to work early mornings, late nights or weekends when requiredWhat you'll receive30-35 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountOngoing trainingPension schemeEnhanced family leavePlus, more of the perks you deserveYou're Lidl like us.
