As an Arla Transport Coordinator at our Four Crosses Inbound Depot, you will join a multifunctional team to collaborate closely with the whole of Logistics within the business.
The role will see you interacting with all levels within the organisation from Vice President to front line colleagues.
The full-time role of 35 hours per week, Mon – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm, offers 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a company pension scheme, and access to 'ArlaMyBenefits' giving savings on a wide variety of goods and services.
Main Responsibilities Monitoring and recording Time & Attendance (including payroll) In-house ordering Maintaining current administrative systems Ensure that all personal/vehicle accidents are reported in full & escalated to the Team Leaders Ensure all vehicles and trailers are sent for and collected from service and/or inspections, MOTs, defects, and breakdowns within the required timescales and records are kept during the operational shift Assisting when required in random gate/fleet checks Any other duties deemed reasonable and appropriate Skills and Competencies Ability to multitask and prioritise to keep track of workload Adaptable approach to changes in the business Able to deal with sensitive/confidential information High standard of accuracy and attention to detail Proactive approach and ability to act on own initiative Excellent numeracy and IT skills Excellent organisational skills At Arla, we do so much more than make some of the world's favourite dairy products.
