Transport Co-Ordinator

Job Advertisement: Transport Coordinator Company: VEA Telecoms Location: Manchester or Birmingham Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 VEA Telecoms is expanding its operations and is looking for a skilled Transport Coordinator to manage our growing fleet nationally.
With over 75 vehicles across our branches in Manchester, Cumbria, and Birmingham , the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our transport operations.
Key Responsibilities: Fleet Management: Ensure MOTs and vehicle maintenance are up to date.
Driver Licence Checks: Perform checks every 3 months to ensure compliance.
Vehicle Repairs & Maintenance: Schedule repairs, manage replacement orders, and order new vehicles as needed.
Fleet Expansion: Currently managing vans, with larger fleet vehicles to be added in the near future.
Transfer Coordination: Report and manage vehicle transfers between internal teams through possession forms.
PCN Management: Handle Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and other motor-related requirements.
Requirements: Experience managing a fleet of vehicles.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and compliance.
Ability to work independently and coordinate between branches.
Excellent communication skills.
