Transport Administrator

Job Title: Transport Organiser Location: Redditch Salary: £25,000 to £26,000, dependent on experience Hours: Full Time Monday Friday on site 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm Job Type: Permanent The Role Schedule collections, collaborate with transport team to organise at the right cost and within guidelines.
Process orders, update CRM systems with relevant information and manage each stage of workflow Control invoices and billing, manage changes in price and provide specific solutions for collection needs.
Dealing with customer queries and needs over telephone and email.
Experience Required Competent use of IT systems such as excel and outlook.
Experience within transport or logistics is desired Experience in SAP is an advantage.
