New role based in Wetherby working for a distribution company working Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support.
This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
The position of Transport Operator involves: Provide leadership of day to day transport issues, including dispatch debrief and work in progress for the transport operations department.
You will also be required to work closely with our customer to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
Managing and de-briefing drivers.
Customer relations and a range of associated administrative duties.
Answering all queries via email and phone.
Essential skills required for Transport Administrator: Experience of working in a similar role is preferred Ability to communicate at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
Attention to detail.
Working to deadlines.
Solution driven and Flexible approach to your work.
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
