We're currently recruiting for a Transport administrator to be based at our site in Ketton, Near Stamford on our contract with Heidelberg.
As part of this busy transport operation, covering Mon to Fri, 08:30am to 5:30pm.
Flexibility is required as the operation runs from 06:00 to 17:30 so absence cover may be required.
Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum.
In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you'll do on a typical day: Allocating/consigning customer loads using SAP/WTS systems.
Overseeing backhaul shipments.
Ensure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment.
Responding to Teams messages/emails and taking calls.

Attend daily planning calls.
What you need to succeed at XPO: It's important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience within transport and a good understanding of compliance and driver hours would be beneficial.
