Year 7 Transition Teacher – SEND Secondary School (Basingstoke) A small SEND secondary school in Basingstoke is looking for a dedicated Year 7 Transition Teacher to support pupils who face challenges transitioning from mainstream or SEND primary schools into secondary education.
