We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinician - Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the pupils we support.
Located within Red Kite School in the South East, you will be part of a clinical team that facilitates multi-disciplinary working with Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
Your role will involve embedding positive and effective working across education services to maximize clinical outcomes for our pupils.
You will work within the overall framework of service policies and procedures, ensuring quality assurance and supporting future development.
Our clinical teams empower environments where pupils can flourish, putting them at the forefront of everything we do.
We maintain a strong safeguarding culture, hearing, respecting, and involving our pupils in decisions that affect them.
As a Lead Clinician - Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will have a post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology, be registered with the HCPC and BPS, and have substantial experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists.
You will also have previous experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities, ability to work collaboratively with partners, and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
This is a permanent position with a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience.
