Job Description: Transformation PMO x3 Location: Northampton (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site) Role Purpose: Support the Functions Transformation Programme by driving delivery and collaborating with change teams across all Functions to ensure quality execution.
This role will be critical in tracking programme health, managing risks and issues, and coordinating transformation efforts, focusing on benefits realization aligned with costs.
Key Accountabilities: Identify and manage critical project data, including RAIDs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), stakeholders, benefits, milestones, and financials.
Support progress tracking, financial analysis, and benefits realization for successful programme delivery.
Prepare and circulate key programme reports and ensure accurate KPI assessments for governance.
Coordinate governance meetings, documenting actions and decisions, and manage stakeholder communications.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure project communications align with the Functions Programme goals.
Collaborate with project leads on Stage Gate processes and maintain effective change control.
Assist Programme/Project Managers with risk assessment, thematic issues, and RAID tracking to ensure outputs align with desired outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and help address complex challenges.
Support Delivery Leads in maintaining project momentum and fostering continuous improvement in change management.
Person Specifications: Strong networking and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach.
Excellent presentation, communication, and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Excel and project data management.
Essential Skills: Experience supporting large transformation programmes in regulated, complex environments.
Strong project assurance skills, including benefits realization, dependency management, and lifecycle management.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior (MD Level) stakeholders and produce clear, management-appropriate documents.
Desirable: PMP or equivalent PM certification.
Financial services experience.
