As a leader, you'll work on complex, high-profile transactions with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, private equity firms, start-ups, and owner-managed businesses.

Your role will include: Leading teams to deliver tailored, commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced, international deals market.
Building and maintaining trusted relationships, leading client engagements, and developing multidisciplinary solutions.
Overseeing successful project delivery, including financial performance.
Shaping the strategic direction of the transaction tax team, driving growth and innovation.
What we're looking for: CTA qualified with post qualification experience in house or in the profession.
Extensive experience in M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling.
Strong knowledge of indirect, transfer, and international tax principles.
A proven track record of building relationships, winning client engagements, and growing business opportunities.
