Transactional Finance Manager Liverpool £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week) 25 days annual leave + bank Adaptable Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading local company to find a dedicated and experienced Transactional Manager.
This pivotal role involves overseeing a skilled team responsible for processing supplier payments across various services, including purchasing, maintenance, and vendor accounts.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in finance operations and be ready to foster a productive, organised, and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Lead, support, and manage a finance team ensuring the efficient handling of supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment processes.
Process Management : Oversee and enhance workflows for issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate, accessible records of transactions.
Performance Monitoring : Track team performance, set objectives, identify training needs, and provide feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
Client and Vendor Relations : Act as the primary contact for administrative queries, maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Data and Reporting : Generate reports and statistical analyses for senior management, ensuring the accuracy and clarity of financial data.
Policy Development : Implement and uphold office policies in alignment with company guidelines, contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Skills and Qualifications: Strong numeracy and analytical abilities, with proven experience in a similar financial administration role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage a busy finance office environment.
Proficient in relevant IT software, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
A proactive and positive approach, with the flexibility to adapt and meet the evolving needs of the business.
