Transactional Finance Lawyer (In-House) , London / Hybrid / Remote

£80,000 - £85,000 + Benefits Package

We are keen to discuss a new in-house legal role with those who are classed as Transactional Finance Lawyers, especially those with experience in commercial real estate finance, asset-backed finance and/or structured finance.

Responsibilities: Negotiation, transaction management, and execution of transactions.
Reviewing and negotiating LMA-based and/or bespoke facility agreements and related security documents.
Liaising with various Mount Street stakeholders (asset management, compliance, loan administration teams, and senior management).
Instructing and liaising with external counsel.
Providing general legal assistance across the business, including advice on various product and service areas (e.g., commercial real estate, corporate, shipping, aviation, other asset classes, CMBS, loan workout and restructuring).
Requirements: A minimum of 4 years PQE gained at a law firm or in-house in financial services.
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent authorisation to practice, e.g., foreign qualified lawyer).
Holding a current practising certificate or equivalent.
