Payment Operations Analyst Role We are seeking a skilled Payment Operations Analyst to join our team in Bradford, UK.
The ideal candidate will provide first-line functional support to the business and our suppliers for our procurement systems, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing timely and accurate support to users via phone and email.
Collaborating with a wide range of people to deliver outstanding customer service.
Updating master data in the procurement system, including user access, vendors, catalogue listings, and accounting cost centres.
Maintaining transaction integrity by monitoring and resolving failed transactions.
Supporting users in creating, processing, and maintaining purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Managing chatbots and assigning tickets to relevant departments.
Raising change requests with the Finance Systems team and partnering with them to test changes.
Training users on how to use procurement and helpdesk solutions.
