Warner Scott are partnered with a leading Accountancy practice who are looking to expand their Transaction Services team in Bristol with a Transaction Services Associate.
After a year of significant Nationwide success in 2024, the firm have identified Bristol as a region they're looking to expand in the next 12 months.
Due to the team's expansion plans, there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved with business development activity and play a key role in growing the function.
Oversee larger client engagements - defining project scope, determining resource needs, monitoring progress against budgets and timelines, reviewing work completed by junior team members, and resolving issues prior to Partner and Director review.
Conduct detailed analysis in Excel, and prepare, review, and refine reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
Manage the project team's daily operations, including briefing, supervising, and mentoring junior staff.
Deliver comprehensive reports with clear, actionable conclusions and recommendations.
Assist senior leadership (Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors) in expanding existing services and developing new client service offerings.
Build and maintain client relationships by addressing risk management, progress tracking, and information flow while directly resolving client inquiries.
Encourage knowledge sharing within the team and across departments to promote collaboration and innovation.
Gather and address client feedback, ensuring it is effectively communicated to the project manager or director.
Identify potential project or business opportunities to relevant leaders.
Support the conversion of business opportunities into revenue-generating work, including participating in client pitches.
Represent the firm as an ambassador by engaging in marketing activities and staying informed about its diverse range of services.
Contribute to recruitment, retention, motivation, and professional development of the Transaction Services team, serving as a role model for junior staff.
Requirements Qualified ACA/CFA (Or equivalent) Experience working in a Professional Services Valuations team
