Training Specialist

Nixor are currently working with a software house based in Manchester City Centre who are currently going through a complete re-write of the major CRM software product. Having over 15 years in the industry they have built a reputation as being a recruitment software specialist.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase creativity and simplify learning for clients. You'll have the chance to develop engaging, bitesize learning materials, including guides, videos, and interactive resources, using a blended learning approach. The company recognises a need for more creativity, giving you the freedom to create impactful, client-focused content.
As you grow into the role and become familiar with their CRM system, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with end clients, delivering training to help them use the product effectively. This training is delivered in one of two formats, depending on client needs, and will allow you to deepen client relationships while demonstrating the value of the software.
This would be perfect for someone who wants to get into system training or wanting to experience the software industry.
The role is paying circa £35,000 - £38,000 a year plus your standard benefits. They require 2 days a week in the city centre Manchester office (Next to Piccadilly station) and 3 days working from home.
