Job overviewAn outstanding individual is sought to fulfil the role of Training Programme Director for General Surgery.
The post will be available on the basis of a secondment arrangement to Yorkshire and the Humber Deanery, remunerated on the NHS Consultant Pay Scale – 1.5 PAs per week.
The Training Programme Director is professionally and managerially accountable to the Head of School.
The role will focus on improvement of learner supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of faculty, and ensuring effective educational outcomes, both now and in the future.
