This is an exciting opportunity to work for a national training provider as an operations Manager, the role will be leading a team of 10 training co-ordinators working within the Managed Learning Service centre.

Key Responsibilities will include: Develop and implement the Managed Learning Service Strategy, becoming a centre of excellence.
Meet scheduling requirements and monthly objectives to exceed customer expectations.
Drive operational excellence by achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Foster a culture of high performance, actively managing team performance and promoting change management.
Manage data and provide information on trends and performance.
You should have proven leadership, customer relationship and data analysis experience together with being from a learning & development/training background.
You should be able to inspire others and improve processes while being positive and highly motivated.
