Training Manager

Copello are working with a manufacturing business based in Southampton who are looking to recruit an experienced Training Manager to lead a training team of UK Manufacturing.

The Operations Training Manager will be accountable for the development and execution of the Operations Training strategy.

This role will be working in partnership with the managers of the business units and departments including H&S, Quality and Engineering.

Suitable candidates will need to be an experienced Training Leader who is CIPD qualified and experience of delivering training within a manufacturing/production environment.
Experience in data collection, identifying gaps and delivering a development strategy is also required.
