They are currently seeking a Training Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This role involves comprehensive management of trainee and educator support, communications, and engagement, acting as a primary contact for both trainees and trainers.
The role is focused on enhancing involvement through innovative outreach, outstanding customer service, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and administering all aspects of the medical training initiative, and line-managing the Training Engagement Coordinator and FTC Training Coordinators.
